Charged me $220 for 15 mins of labor. First the tech said $200 for the job but when he was done he said there is still parts and tax to add on. That should’ve been said beforehand. The tech replaced the door switch on my dryer.

*Update: Igor, the owner contacted me and was quick to rectified the issue, including a refund which I appreciate. For that reason I am changing the rating to 5 stars.

I called them at 5:38, I get scheduled same day from 6pm to 8pm. Daniel shows up at 6:14, found the problem very quickly. He gave a clear quote for labor and parts, and discussed with me all the options that I had. Very professional. He fixed my refrigerator within an hour. And he left the workspace clean, and was careful to not scratch kitchen floors. It was the fastest service exp in my life!
